Canyon Jump

How to play

The goal

The skyscraper is a series circuit. Its total height is the battery voltage, and each floor is one series stage whose height is that stage’s voltage drop. Every window on the same floor has the same voltage. Fill in the missing voltages before the monsters climb to the top.

Controls

  • Select an answer chip (click it or press 1–4), then click a blank window or the total height to place it.
  • Chips are reusable, so the same answer can fill more than one blank.
  • The speaker button turns sound on or off.

The rule you use

Kirchhoff’s Voltage Law: the voltage drops around a series loop add up to the battery voltage. So a missing floor = total − the other floors, and the total = the sum of all floors.

Example: a 12 V building with floors of 5 V and 3 V has a missing floor of 12 − 5 − 3 = 4 V.

Lives, levels and the boss

You have 3 lives. Monsters climb the building, more of them from level 4. Each level ends with a tower boss, and level 10 has a mega boss.

No saves to worry about: each game starts fresh, and only your sound on/off choice is remembered in your browser.
